    2017 Splash and Dash Series

    2017 OMC Splash and Dash Aquathlon Series (Swim/Run) - Presented by Bicycle Outlet and The Ski Shack.

    Every Thursday in July: $15 per week - Shirt to those who particpate in 2 evenings.
    Free non competitive youth division.
    Register online, on site or turn in your forms at the Bicycle Outlet.

    The Ski Shack pond is 4-5 ft deep and provides for a beginner friendly enviornment and is open to youth.

    Parking is available in the lot on the South side of the building south of The Shack.

    13th Annual Girls Just Wanna Run 5k & 10k

    Join us for a morning of fun and healthy activity. Girls Just Wanna Run is the area's first and most fun women's only running event. Pick your distance with a 5K or 10K option. Start and finish at Cox North Fountain Plaza. A fast, scenic course through Springfield's historical neighborhoods makes for an enjoyable run. Start time is 7:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit CoxHealth Fitness Centers FitLife program helping local women stay healthy and active.

    Register before June 10 to receive an event temporary tatoo and guarantee your shirt size. We will still have T-shirts available at packet pick-up but they will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. All participants receive a finisher medal as well! You won't want to miss this year's spinner medal.

    Don't forget to visit our packet pick-up expo, sponsored by Arvest Bank. Lots of fun booths specializing in products and services for women. Pick up some great swag from local vendors. Friday July 14 2-6 p.m. at The Meyer Center.

    Youth Summer Camp

    Gear up and plan to attend our 2017 Summer Camp!

    During this week long ninja experience, the kids will work with an American Ninja Warrior veteran trainer - focusing on overall strength, balance, and core exercises. A healthy snack will be incorprated each day as we educate on the importance of good nutritional habits to overall wellness.

    The camp will be held 9:00 a.m. - Noon, Monday-Friday June 5 - 9 and July 17 - 21. Feel free to stay and watch the kids have a blast, or drop them off for the morning. All ages 6-13 are welcome.

    Access to Health 5k Run/Walk

    Updated from the Bentley Fund 5k, the Access to Health 5k Run/Walk is a community wide event aimed at increasing physical activity for all ages. Proceeds will continue to provide accessible and integrated care to members of the communities Jordan Valley Community Health Center serves. New this year: Finisher medals and prize drawings for finishers after the race. Awards will be given to the top three in each age division and to the Overall Male and Female and Masters Male and Female.

    14th Annual Kid'Athlon

    A mini-triathlon for kids. Swim, bike, and run your way to victory in events designed for your age group, and take home a medal, t-shirt, giveaways and the pride that comes with finishing a triathlon. Pre-registration required. Discount early registration closes July 21.

    The 2017 Joyride

    The 2017 Joyride will be held Saturday, August 19 at the Frisco Highline Trail. This is a summer bicycle charity ride to benefit The Rainbow Network's medical programs for families in rural Nicaragua. We would love to see riders and volunteers on the trail!     Diva Dash 5K

    About the 5K: Participants receive a race shirt, custom bib, and finishers of the 5K receive a large medal.

    About the Lil' Princess Girls Run: girls ages 8 and under can participate in this fun run of 50-200 yards based on age. Participants will receive a shirt, custom bib, tiara, and Lil' Princess medal. The Lil' Princess Fun Run starts after the 5K is complete (approximately 9 am).

    About the Virtual 5K: run on your own whenever and wherever works for you and we will mail your shirt, bib, and finisher's medal to you.

    The Bass Pro Fitness Festival is a series of not-for-profit events during the fall sponsored by Bass Pro, dedicated volunteers and sponsors. Proceeds from these events are shared by Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Ozark Greenways and Wonders of Wildlife.     Singletrack Mind Festival 2017

    Lock your doors and hide your granola bars. The rumbling sound you hear is the frantic race of chewed up trail shoes, gnarled bike knobbies, semi-flat camper tires and the collective howl of loaded down Subaru wagons descending on the hills of Two Rivers Bike Park.

    Trailspring is proud to announce the FOURTH annual Singletrack Mind Festival taking place Labor Day Weekend (September 1-3rd) and benefitting TrailSpring - a non profit focused on funding and creating trail building opportunities in the Ozarks. This epic three day event, expected to attract thousands of attendees from across the nation, hosts over a dozen bike races, trail runs, kid's zones, live music, camping, bonfires and a nonstop immersion in the culture of natural surface trails.

    This year will bring back the well loved Enduro, Trail Run and Slopestyle Competitions! We will round out the weekend with an XC race on Sunday as part of the UFD series! 

    In true STM fashion, we will bring back as many vendors as possible, awesome music, beer, food and fun fot the whole family!

    Conservation Marathon Relay - Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Fitness Festival

    Relay teams are comprised of five members, running or walking a distance from 3.10 miles to 7.5 miles in order to complete a full 26.2 marathon. The first and third team members will run 10Ks while the second and fourth members complete a 5K each. The final team member will run a 12K. The marathon relay continues to appeal to families, friends, co-workers and organizations looking to build relationships and teamwork. Marathon Relay divisions include: Men’s Business, Women’s Business, Coed Business, Family & Friends Men, Family & Friends Women, Family & Friends Coed, Organization Challenge team, and the Battle of the Badges team.
