Let your athletes come enjoy a safe, engaging, and dynamic training session that introduces young athletes to a variety of athletic movements, with Alexa Segar. Training sessions for ages 5-7 are 1 hour in length and structured to introduce new sports skills every week, such as soccer, basketball, football, and baseball.
The goal of the Intro to Sports Program is to create a positive association with sports and movement from the first instance of exposure, influencing each child’s future relationship with physical activity.
